Atelier Returns Policy


Please keep in mind that Atelier works with a select group of Canadian Designers to curate products for the store, many items that you see on our store are one-of-a-kind or small-batch production.  We do not stock inventory, and these artists are attempting to make a living from their craft.

However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If your order arrives, and a product is damaged, please contact our customer support email within three (3) business days (Monday-Friday, excluding statutory holidays) of receipt of your Atelier package to report the issue.  We will make every effort to work with you and the Designer to rectify the problem. Please include your customer order number with your request.

Note:  We cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or items that are not able to be delivered due to lack of response.
