Beeswax Candle – Vintage Bee is a Tribute to the Queen Bee

Chandler Jill Smith tells us that the colour of the beeswax that she uses for her candles changes with the seasons. The yellow hue depends on what is flowering at the time when the worker bees are collecting pollen for the hive. As a tribute to the queen and her hardworking roommates, Smith designed the Vintage Bee beeswax candle.

Much like the patient bees, Smith shared that creating a candle requires her full focus and persistence. All of the Bees Wax Works candles are made with 100% Canadian beeswax, which she sources in Alberta.

The Vintage Bee candle is part of a custom collection created by artisan Jill Smith. This unique design details the majestic bee in all her splendid glory.

Each candle is crafted with patience and made with 100% pure Canadian beeswax, sourced from Alberta. Approximate burning time for each candle is 30-35 hours.

Your package from Bees Wax Works will include instructions on how to manage the cotton wick to get the most burn time from your candle.
