Grey Butterfly Wing Earrings in Silk for a Stunning Finish to your Outfit
These graceful earrings are hand crafted from natural silk fibre and a heat etching process developed by Ontario designer Morija Reeb. These Grey butterfly wing earrings with metal foil accents hang lightly from sterling silver ear wires creating movement when worn. Many layers of natural dye are used to achieve the desired colours and depth of shade.
Each pair of earrings is one-of-a-kind. During the natural dye process there may be some very minor variation in details.
The earrings hang approximately two (2) inches from sterling silver ear wires.
Your earrings will be mailed within 2-3 days of receiving your order. Products are shipped with artist bio and care information.

Morija Reeb | Maple Ridge
The inspiration behind Morija’s work derives from the exploration of natural silk fibres in their raw form. Her work focuses on the use of wild silks and hand dyeing processes to create unique textural pieces. Morija creates cloth enriched with hand crafted details and complexity. The slow process of hand weaving enables her to explore fibre within the boundary of warp and weft. Morija begins weaving with a network of calculated threads and then works organically throughout the piece adding luxury and depth to the textile.
