Cancel Order Policy

Order Cancellation Request

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting our customer support team at info@atelierboutiques.com.

After the 30-minute cancellation window, orders are automatically processed for fulfillment and shipping. Once processing has begun, we may no longer be able to cancel your order.

Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before your order enters processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may request a return after delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return Policy.
