Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Tuesday through Sunday). Orders placed after our daily 5:00 PM (ET) order cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Mondays or major public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our Free Standard Shipping service.

Estimated delivery times are:

Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3–7 Business Days

Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

We proudly provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping charges are applied during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment throughout the delivery process.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your shipment and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Take clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

Email the photos along with your order number to info@atelierboutiques.com.

Requests submitted without supporting photographs or after the 7-day reporting period may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

ATELIER FASHION BOUTIQUES, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update your address before the order ships.
